How do I track my order?

You can track your order in a few simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Woodalls account
  2. Navigate to ''My Orders'' in your account dashboard
  3. Select the order you want to track
  4. Click on ''Track Order'' to view the current status and location of your package

Alternatively, if you received a shipping confirmation email, you can click the tracking link provided in the email. This will take you directly to the courier's tracking page where you can see real-time updates on your delivery.

If you checked out as a guest, you can still track your order using the order number and email address provided during checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location and the items you've ordered. Our standard delivery times are:

  • Small items and accessories: 1-3 working days
  • Standard appliances: 2-5 working days
  • Large appliances requiring installation: 3-7 working days
  • Special order or custom products: 2-4 weeks (you'll be advised at time of purchase)

You can find the estimated delivery time for your specific order in your order confirmation email or in your account dashboard. We'll also send you updates as your order progresses through our fulfillment system.

Note: For larger appliances, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time slot.

Do you offer installation services for appliances?

Yes, we offer professional installation services for most appliances. Our installation services include:

  • Unpacking and inspection of your new appliance
  • Removal of packaging materials
  • Connection to existing utility points (water, electricity, gas where applicable)
  • Basic testing to ensure proper functioning
  • Removal of your old appliance (if requested)

Installation services can be added to your order during checkout. Prices vary depending on the type of appliance and complexity of installation required.

Please note that for gas appliances, installation must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, which is included in our gas installation service.
