Delivery Timeframes

We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Express delivery: 1-2 business days (subject to availability)
  • Same-day delivery: Available for select appliances if ordered before 12 PM

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are structured based on the service you choose:

  • Standard delivery: FREE for orders above £200 (£20 fee for orders below)
  • Express delivery: Additional £20, subject to availability
  • Same-day delivery: Available at select postcodes (please call for details)

Old Appliance Removal and Package Disposal

We offer old appliance removal at an additional cost, which varies depending on the type and size of the appliance. We can also take back the packaging of your new appliance for proper disposal, allowing you to enjoy a clutter-free experience.

Installation Services

We offer both basic and professional installation options at an extra cost. Our trained professionals will ensure that your appliance is installed correctly and safely. Please request this service at the time of purchase.

Delivery Process and Requirements

After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date. On delivery day, our team will contact you with a time slot. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the appliance, as re-delivery charges may apply if no one is present.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you notice any damages or missing items upon delivery, please report them to us within 24 hours. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

Returns and Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. You may return an appliance within 14 days of delivery, provided it remains unused and in its original packaging. A restocking fee may apply to opened or used products. Installation and old appliance removal fees are non-refundable.
